Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is one of the country’s leading mutual insurers, and they are seeking a Summer Intern for their Group Benefits Marketing team. This paid 10-week internship offers a hands-on learning experience in a global financial services environment, allowing interns to engage in projects that directly impact the business and network with senior leaders and peers.
Responsibilities
Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career
Learn about Guardian’s purpose, values, how we work, and our suite of product and service offerings
Build a network of colleagues and have a sense of community with other interns and other parts of the business
Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information
Be a self-starter – someone who enjoys 'rolling up their sleeves and getting things done', has high energy, strong work ethic, displays the ability to work independently, and is creative
Qualification
Required
A rising senior (graduation date of December 2025- June 2026)
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
Availability for the full 10 weeks of the internship program
Preferred
Aspirations to work in marketing or sales
Desire to better understand how the customer journey drives marketing strategy
Interest in digital marketing (developing digital advertising with a purpose of driving customer engagement, tracking customer engagement, measuring success)
