2025 Grandbridge Real Estate - Summer Analyst Program

Truist is the sixth-largest commercial bank in the U.S., and they are seeking Summer Analysts for their Grandbridge Real Estate program. The role involves gaining experience in banking and financial services, completing special projects, and networking with senior leaders while receiving mentorship and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about banking, financial services, and the various divisions within the organization as assigned during the internship
  • Gain analytical, technical, and decision-making skills through formal and informal learning opportunities
  • Complete special projects or assignments that assist the department in its mission and help the intern learn more about the corporate environment
  • Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily
  • Network with senior leaders, experienced teammates, and other interns to develop lasting professional connections
  • Receive performance feedback
  • Prepare a capstone presentation to leadership and special guests

Qualification

Required

  • Scheduled graduation of December 2025 or May/June 2026.
  • Demonstrated strong academic performance with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and maintain professional composure
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Prior completion of Real Estate coursework
  • High interest in pursuing real estate/financial services as a career
  • Previous real estate/financial services work experience or internship
  • Demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude
  • Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program
  • High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement
  • Overall GPA of 3.5 or higher
