2026 M&A Summer Analyst

PNC is a financial service company providing bank deposits products and services to its community. They are seeking a Summer Analyst for their Harris Williams program, which offers an intensive 10-week internship designed for rising seniors to gain experience in the M&A process and work closely with clients and senior bankers.

Responsibilities

  • Detailed instruction on the HW sell-side process
  • Challenging assignments for each stage of the M&A process
  • Exposure to live deal-related work and meetings
  • Exposure to professionals of varying levels
  • Potential to receive a full-time return offer

Qualification

Required

  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Eligible candidates should be working towards a Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution
  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher as a prerequisite
