Patrick Accounting specializes in accounting, payroll, strategic planning and tax preparation & planning services. They are seeking an Accounting Intern to assist their team and work closely with small business clientele, providing an opportunity to learn and grow in the field of accounting.
Responsibilities
- Learn from & assist our entire accounting team!
- Take security seriously to protect all parties.
- Thrive working under deadlines.
- Assist with gathering client financial information.
- Prepare monthly bank account reconciliations.
- Enter bills, pay bills, create invoices, receive payments and sales receipts.
- Process sales and property tax returns.
- Communicate well verbally and in written format with clients and managers.
Qualification
Required
- Undergrad student with a strong interest in accounting & tax services.
- Passion for small businesses and their success!
- Upbeat, confident, and friendly personality.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to learn new technology with ease - we use a ton of different programs!
- Communicate well verbally and in written format with clients and managers.
