Interns will engage directly with real transactions, gaining hands-on experience and the opportunity to advance to a paid Junior Analyst role based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Deal Execution: Partner with senior bankers to support transaction execution on mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory projects.
- Financial Analysis: Contribute to complex financial modeling, valuation analysis, and detailed due diligence, all critical to deal success.
- Client-Facing Engagements: Collaborate on client presentations and strategic deliverables alongside internal deal teams, honing your presentation skills and understanding of high-stakes communication.
- Rigorous Training Commitment: Engage in weekly training sessions tailored to refine both technical acumen and client-facing prowess.
Qualification
Required
- Engage directly with real, complex transactions.
- Participate in mandatory weekly sessions in advanced financial modeling, M&A advisory, capital markets strategy, and corporate finance fundamentals.
- Gain hands-on experience by working with senior bankers on active, high-stakes transactions across various industries.
- Shadow senior bankers in client meetings, participate in negotiations, and contribute to closing processes.
- Partner with senior bankers to support transaction execution on mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory projects.
- Contribute to complex financial modeling, valuation analysis, and detailed due diligence.
- Collaborate on client presentations and strategic deliverables alongside internal deal teams.
- Engage in weekly training sessions tailored to refine both technical acumen and client-facing prowess.
