Responsibilities
- Assist senior bankers in executing transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments.
- Assist with the modeling of in-depth analysis, aid the development of complex financial models, and collaborate on valuations that support major transactions.
- Collaborate with internal deal teams to prepare and present client-facing materials
- Engage in weekly training sessions focused on refining both technical and client-facing skills.
Qualification
Required
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field, with a proven track record of academic excellence.
- Strong command of Excel, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and are able to maintain composure and deliver excellence under pressure.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and have the ambition to drive your career forward in the competitive world of investment banking.
Preferred
- Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting is a significant advantage.
