They are seeking a Finance Intern to participate in their Finance Intern Development Program, which offers hands-on experience across various financial disciplines while rotating through key functional teams within the Finance and Accounting organization.
Responsibilities
Create reports, reconciliations, and flux analyses.
Ensure accuracy of financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Perform month-end closing tasks, journal entries, and cost allocations.
Conduct audit functions as needed.
Collaborate with team members and participate in group decision-making.
Identify and assess key risks and controls.
Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Prepare audit work papers, reports, and recommendations for improvements.
Perform accounting and analytical services for various departments.
Prepare global reconciliations and cash tax projections.
Handle book/tax differences and workpapers for tax returns.
Engage in special tax projects and support global tax functions.
Support business segments and manufacturing sites with financial reporting.
Prepare monthly forecasts and manage the annual budgeting process.
Develop financial packages and perform scenario planning.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to drive effective decision-making.
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of US GAAP and/or tax principles.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
