Aggreko provides power generation and temperature control solutions to customers and is seeking a Finance & Commercial Intern. The intern will gain firsthand experience in solar and battery storage engineering, supporting project finance transactions and developing skills in financial modeling.
Responsibilities
Support the structuring and negotiating of project finance transactions, including acquisitions, asset sales, and greenfield development
Gain exposure to different AETS verticals: C&I, Community Solar, Utility, and BESS
Learn about capital markets, including tax equity, construction, and term debt financing
Develop skills in project financial modeling and debt sizing
Create a guidebook on renewable project revenue structures, with a focus on Community Solar and state-specific incentives
Participate in the incorporation of financial modeling into the guidebook’s application
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or Engineering
Demonstrates enthusiasm for energy transition and sustainability, backed by a solid academic record (GPA)
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to analyze data, create reports, and present technical insights effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
