They are seeking a Finance Intern to assist with various financial tasks, including departmental financial reporting and analysis, providing an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
Ensure all crib issuance transactions are properly documented and classified.
Work with materials and procurement teams to verify the accuracy of crib issuance records.
Assist in reconciling discrepancies related to crib issuances.
Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental reporting tools.
Support the finance team in comparing actual financial performance to plan.
Help prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Analyze variances between actual and plan and provide insights.
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial data.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Proven experience working with cross functional teams
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other employees.
