MKS Instruments, Inc. is a global provider of instruments, subsystems and process control solutions. They are seeking a Finance Intern to partner with various departments to document process controls and validate data for the Vacuum Products business.
Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally with Cost Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to review and document the item master set up process and controls
Review and validate item master data for Vacuum Products at multiple manufacturing sites and distribution warehouses. Confirm or update item master components with a focus on product line and business unit (site), as well as coordinate with Supply Chain action team to identify and flag obsolete parts
Review and analyze low margin parts using PowerBI tools and Oracle reporting to identify potential material standard cost errors based on detailed review of recent invoice pricing, PO set up and BOM costing

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Finance, Accounting or relevant majors
