Pandora is the world's largest jewellery brand, specializing in the design, crafting and marketing of accessible luxury jewellery. As a Finance Intern, you will collaborate with finance teams to support financial forecasting and performance reviews, gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
Partner with the FP&A and Commercial Finance teams to finalize the first forecast of the year and drive accountability for Pandora’s NAM financial goals
Perform the necessary duties for Q2 financials: Data mining to understand drivers in variances, work hand-in-hand with accounting, perform OPEX accruals, collaborate with P&L owners for variance commentary
Take part in creating, updating and submitting of forecast templates whilst working with the finance team to understand the P&L impacts
Prepare monthly Business Performance Review and KPI decks for NAM financial results through a storytelling lens
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior at the time of application.
Pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), preferably Finance or Accounting.
Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to meaningful projects.
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred.
