Shiseido offers a Hajimari Summer Internship program, providing hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle within one of the world’s top beauty companies. Interns will collaborate with finance teams to analyze financial data and support various financial operations.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with finance teams to gather and analyze financial data for reporting purposes.
Assist in financial modeling and CEP forecasting activities to support decision-making.
Aid in the preparation of month end P&L statement, financial review, and brand review presentations.
Support day-to-day financial operations and contribute to process improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional business partners to report actuals and develop monthly expense forecasts.
Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required.
Develop proficiency in Excel, SAP, BPC, and Cognos
Qualification
Required
Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
