Moog is a performance culture that empowers people to achieve great things, and they are seeking a summer block intern for their Finance team within the Military Aircraft Group. The intern will assist with key Finance/Accounting tasks and provide support to the Finance/Accounting teams.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the preparation and execution of key Finance/Accounting tasks at Moog.
Provide technical support to Moog’s Finance/Accounting teams, as needed.
Work experience may include participating in month-end reporting and processes, preparing a centralized general ledger, handling journal entries and account reconciliations, and/or supporting Moog’s shared services department based on the student's educational discipline.
Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
Operate as a multidisciplinary member of a team of creative, independent individuals.
Represent Moog in a manner consistent with its technical and professional reputation.
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in an Accounting or Finance Bachelor's or Master's Degree program, at an accredited university.
GPA of at least 3.0; exact GPA requirement will be specified by department.
This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
Professional disposition, effective communication skills, a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.
