SAS provides advanced business analytics and business intelligent software and services to enable companies to optimize their operations. The Quantitative Finance Intern will assist the Risk Data and Analytics team in researching defaults, improving data quality, and participating in quantitative research activities.
Responsibilities
Assist in researching defaults in global firms.
Test for advance warning provided by KRIS® in recent public defaults.
Help identify data points the provide trading signals.
Work on improving data quality and process automation.
Assist in developing management reporting and dashboards
Participate in quantitative research activities.
Qualification
Required
Students currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Statistics
Experience with statistical tools such as Python and SAS; MSFT Office
