Welltower® is a leading provider of real estate capital for health and senior care providers. They are seeking a Summer ’25 Intern in Accounting to engage with dynamic teams, utilize quantitative skills, and gain exposure to corporate accounting functions.
Responsibilities
- Posting journal entries and performing account reconciliation
- Managing vendor relationships
- Daily line of credit balance decisions
- Monitoring compliance; information gathering and workpaper organization
- Process improvement projects
- Operational reviews and compliance reviews related to corporate policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
- Must maintain a student status from an accredited College or University.
- Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Preferred
- Previous internship and/or work experience preferred.
- Major of study in Accounting or Finance highly preferred.
