PricewaterhouseCoopers is an accounting firm that provides tax, HR, transactions, performance improvement, and crisis management services. A Trainee Actuary in the Actuarial Services practice will contribute to providing advice and consulting services to clients in the insurance, banking, and other sectors, covering areas such as solvency, risk management, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Provide advice on solvency, economic capital, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, new legislation, and claims efficiency
Assess liabilities and provide assurance over financial services audit clients' liabilities
Work with clients from insurance, banking, healthcare, public, and corporate sectors
Study with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries to become fully qualified and a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries
Qualification
Required
Achieved 120 UCAS points/32 IB points excluding General Studies and one of these subjects should be Maths
Achieved or on track for a 2:1 in your degree
