Leslie’s is an industry leader in pool and spa care, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Analytics Intern. This role will involve supporting key initiatives related to assortment analysis, data reporting, and strategic recommendations, providing a significant opportunity for professional growth.
Responsibilities
Data Reporting & Entry: Maintain and update reports using Excel, SQL, and Power BI, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Data Analysis: Analyze key metrics related to SKU segmentation and assortment performance, identifying insights to support strategic decisions.
Assortment Analysis for SKU Segmentation: Assist in evaluating product assortments to optimize categorization and inventory management.
LFC Assortment Recommendations: Support ongoing initiatives by providing data-backed recommendations for assortment improvements.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree. (expected graduation no later than Spring 2026).
Ability to work at the Phoenix, AZ corporate office on in-person days. (Out-of-state students are welcome to apply if they can attend in-office days)
Authorization to work in the United States.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred
Previous business internship experience preferred.
