Lonza Group is a leading supplier to the pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries, and they are seeking an Asset Care / Reliability Engineering Intern. This role involves assisting with data analysis related to work orders and developing processes to extract and display relevant data.
Responsibilities
Assist with the archival process of Work Orders
Help read, categorize, and analyze work orders with the help of system owners and subject matter experts
Develop a process and coding to extract data from CMMS and display it onto the dashboard to show daily costs, work order counts, and labor hours dedicated to a particular asset
Provide support in analyzing work orders that would assess asset and component conditions
Qualification
Required
Completion of junior year (typically 90 credits) towards a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Biology or a related STEM field degree program.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (out of 4) required
Must currently be enrolled in BS or MS Academic Program
Programming Experience with Java, C++, Python, SQL or full stack required
Experience developing scripts / macros in Visual Basic
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Problem solving and team collaboration
Self-motivation and the ability to contribute as a team member
Ability to organize, plan and execute projects
Research skills and attention to detail
Preferred
SAP Experience is a plus but not required
