They are seeking a Business Performance Intern who will work on high-impact projects across multiple business functions, utilizing AI and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and supply chain performance.
Responsibilities
Leverage AI and machine learning models to analyze business performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
Conduct research, analyze financial and operational data, and present data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency, production planning, and inventory management.
Assist in the implementation and adoption of SAP tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with the Business Performance team to tackle complex business challenges using AI-driven insights.
Engage with stakeholders from different departments, including operations, finance, and IT, to drive impactful solutions.
Qualification
Required
Graduate student pursuing a degree in AI, Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field.
Ability to travel 10-15% of the internship duration.
Strong proficiency in AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and data visualization tools (Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.).
Understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP, is a plus.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Experience working on real-world business challenges or case studies is preferred.
