Contract Management Analyst Co-Op

Johnson & Johnson develops medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods. They are seeking a Contract Management Analyst Co-Op to develop dashboards for contract performance and collaborate with various teams to enhance analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy a suite of dashboards that illustrates business and contract performance for our largest US MedTech customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Solutions Contract Management and Integration teams to deliver a solution that illustrates contract volumes, compliance, and cycle times against business plan, year-to-date target and year-over-year growth.
  • Partner with the Customer Solutions Account Management organization to support analytics, including but not limited to contract execution and data analytics.
  • Create, lead, and implement reporting process improvements, partnering across the Contract Management, Contract Operations, and Integration teams to drive key KPIs and advanced analytics and insights in support of Customer Solutions priorities.
  • Closely collaborate across Commercial Operations, Information Technology functions (Data, Governance, Analytics) and other work streams to ensure data alignment, consistent reporting, and a focus on improving and building out new capabilities.
  • Communicate and drive insights while methodically verifying data accuracy to uncover broader trends that improve Customer Solutions’ effectiveness & efficiency in day-to-day operations.
  • Expand upon and replicate the current Contract Performance Dashboard for all business units, aligning with stakeholders’ requirements, and ensuring that the dashboard meets 100% of define requirements for turnaround time and case volume.
  • Expand upon KPI trackers for compliance metrics, ensuring Contract Management team has visibility to detailed reporting that reflect both qualitative & quantitative impact.

Qualification

Required

  • A concentration in Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field with an expected graduation date of no later than June 2026.
  • Strong quantitative and analytic abilities to analyze and validate data
  • Excellent computer skills; MS Excel is a must. MS Word and PowerPoint applications are a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented, dependable and motivated
  • Interested in learning new things and comfortable taking the initiative to seek out projects or new areas of responsibility
  • This may require up to 10% domestic travel including occasional weekends and/or overnight travel
  • Project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines

Preferred

  • Experience extracting detailed data sets from various sources, concatenating, and analyzing is a plus
  • Have an interest in data visualization techniques (e.g., Tableau or Qlik)
  • Have an interest in data transformation techniques (e.g., Python, R, or SQL)
  • The preferred location for this position is Raritan, NJ.
