The Course Ready Data Analyst supports the comprehensive undergraduate course materials program through active analysis of course material adoption, sales, and system data, collaborating with various teams to support the entire adoption and supply cycle.
Responsibilities
- Web Development
- Creating Data Imports
- Exports to/from NetSuite ERP
- Creating Reports/Saved search to Benchmark Course Ready Performance
- Be an ambassador for NC State Wolfpack Outfitters and the university as a whole enrich the quality of life for the campus community and support student success.
- Work as a cohesive team member and play an integral part in creating a positive work environment.
Qualification
Required
- Previous experience with bookstore systems (NetSuite ERP and Online; Verba Collect and Connect, etc) and university systems (Moodle, MyPack Portal, etc) is crucial for success in this role
- Basic understanding of Excel and Google Suite
- Basic understanding of at least one type of visualization software
- Ability to understand, compile, organize, and analyze data
- Ability to work with cross-functional and diverse teams
