They are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to interpret and analyze data, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality.
  • Utilize statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful patterns.
  • Interpret and communicate findings through clear and concise reports, charts, and dashboards.
  • Provide insights that contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
  • Develop and design visually appealing dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Present complex data in a clear and understandable manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
  • Automate reporting processes to streamline data delivery and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and tailor analyses to meet specific needs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis.
  • Propose and implement improvements to data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
