They are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to interpret and analyze data, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality.
Utilize statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful patterns.
Interpret and communicate findings through clear and concise reports, charts, and dashboards.
Provide insights that contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Develop and design visually appealing dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Present complex data in a clear and understandable manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
Automate reporting processes to streamline data delivery and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and tailor analyses to meet specific needs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis.
Propose and implement improvements to data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
