They are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join their team this summer, where the intern will analyze data, assist in troubleshooting, and collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in our systems.
Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical or operational challenges.
Develop troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles to support internal teams and users.
Collaborate with team members to document common issues and their resolutions.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance efficiency and problem-solving.
Qualification
Required
Seeking a bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science or related field
Interest in data management field
Self-organized and driven
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
Preferred
Experience with MS Project is helpful
