Extra Space Storage offers climate-controlled, self storage units and is seeking a Data Analytics Intern. The role involves providing analytic support to pricing and marketing teams, including creating performance reports and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
Responsibilities
Creates and runs performance reports for the pricing and marketing teams
Proactively provides insights based on data analysis
Monitors and analyzes effectiveness of pricing changes, new marketing efforts, and website updates
Monitors data for potential data quality issues
Develops materials for presentations, drawing supporting data from several sources
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate/graduate students with a quantitative background pursuing degrees such as statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
Programming in R or Python. SQL a plus.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computational Sciences, Mathematics or Engineering.
