This internship offers a unique opportunity for a PhD student to gain hands-on experience in biostatistical analysis, data modeling, and research within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct statistical data analysis and predictive modeling to support various projects.
- Develop and implement statistical quality control and process improvement techniques.
- Perform reliability and risk assessments, simulation studies, and experimental design and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide statistical insights and recommendations.
- Present research findings and statistical analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualification
Required
- Currently enrolled in a PhD program in Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in statistical theory and methods.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS) and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts clearly and effectively.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare/clinical research data analysis preferred- RWE
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
