Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and help prepare reports with key insights for decision-making.
Support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to help monitor business performance and suggest improvements.
Help prepare and present simple reports on performance and project progress for different teams.
Assist in identifying issues and contributing ideas for solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to share updates and ensure clear communication of goals and project status.
Use technical tools and software to assist with data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science/Data Analytics or related field.
Experience with tools like SQL, Excel, and Power BI for handling large datasets and creating visualizations.
The ability to create clear and informative visualizations to present data insights effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions based on data analysis.
Excellent communication skills to convey findings and collaborate with team members.
Ability to successfully manage work relationships with strong interpersonal skills.
Effective collaboration skills in working with teams and internal/external stakeholders.
Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to solve problems and think critically.
Preferred
Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, and Java is beneficial for statistical computing and data analysis.
