The internship program offers students the chance to work closely with experienced professionals while contributing to meaningful project work within the Clinical Data Science & Evidence group.
Responsibilities
Support the Chief of Staff in the Clinical Data Science & Evidence (CDSE) group in a variety of projects to support the department's strategy and operations
Help create systems for institutional knowledge
Support the implementation of the strategic plan
Assist teams in setting and realizing goals
Support the team in a cross-functional capacity
Work closely with the Chief of Staff to support the growth and effectiveness of the department
Qualification
Required
Must be a current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than May 2025) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree.
Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task.
Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers.
Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Preferred
A completed or in progress undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Business, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline
Experience with digital communications/social media
Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
