They are seeking an innovative and passionate individual for an internship role that involves working with stakeholders across digital product, marketing, and data & analytics to drive experimentation and advanced analytics relating to personalization at scale.
Responsibilities
Analyze data to generate insights for internal audiences.
Manage Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Report Execution and Distribution, highlighting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Develop reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics, FullStory, and Target
Provide analytics insight and expertise covering a variety of digital channels including web, mobile apps and internal tools.
Have a strong diagnostic and forensic mindset with experience in identifying and working with cross functional teams to remedy analytics tracking and implementation issues.
Partner with internal customers to define experimentation requirements, scope, perform any exploratory analyses needed to gain deeper understanding of current state and educate cross functional teams where needed
Translate data analytics outcomes into clear visualizations understandable to laymen.
Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of teams and work closely with them to identify opportunities to improve on platform.
Make business recommendations (e.g. cost-benefit, forecasting, experiment analysis) based on analysis.
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Hold a scientific degree (Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or combination of these disciplines), including training in statistical analysis and experimental design.
Passionate about storytelling with data. Ability to port analytics outcomes into interactive- or presentation-based media.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present data science findings to sizable audiences of laymen and specialists alike.
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
Strong analytical aptitude and hands-on data/analytical experience.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer oriented team.
