The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster. The Measurement Intern will support the Research, Analysis, and Learning Unit’s measurement team, focusing on monitoring and evaluation initiatives to enhance data-driven programming across the Resettlement, Asylum, & Integration department.
Responsibilities
Support administration and implementation of measurement data collection tools across RAI network:
Develop and update data collection tools in MS Forms and SurveyMonkey
Review client responses and flag cases in need of follow-up
Review and submit timesheets for enumerators
Set-up check-ins with enumerators
Support distribution of gift cards to participants
Assist with data management and cleaning, as well as quality control and data analysis
Contribute to developing and maintaining M&E-related training resources, newsletters, and announcements
Update and maintain team intranet
Provide support for meetings, communities of practice, and trainings
Monitor shared inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Update and maintain distribution lists as needed
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience and/or coursework in knowledge/data management
Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision
Excellent, demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel, PPT/Canva, and Word
Excellent written and communication skills and attention to detail
Commitment to GEDI (Gender, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) principles
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with Airtable highly desirable
