EagleBank is a local community business bank focused on building meaningful connections and delivering valuable services. They are seeking a sharp, analytical Summer Intern to join their Data Analytics & Strategy team, where the intern will work on solving complex problems and uncovering insights that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities
Build and refine statistical models to analyze business performance and forecast trends
Develop dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize insights
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from complex databases
Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Assist with consulting-style problem-solving and strategic recommendations
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Advanced Excel
Experience with SQL and/or programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
Strong skills in Power BI (or similar tools)
Experience in business analysis and consulting
Ability to break down complex problems and deliver actionable insights
