Advantice Health is comprised of a group of trusted healthcare brands, and they are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join their marketing team as a Brand Management Intern. This role will primarily focus on the advertising function of brand management, including social media strategy, content creation, and other marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Create engaging and relevant content for social media and digital platforms
Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent posting and engagement
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and promotions
Collaborate with external agency partners to manage Baby + First Aid social media accounts, including reviewing and editing content, posting content, and engaging organically with our community
Analyze social media trends to optimize content performance and drive growth
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities for strategic insights
Identify opportunities through community management and broader trends to help modernize our portfolio and stay relevant
Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize our digital presence (search, video, website, e-comm) by updating content, imagery, ad copy, etc.
Other responsibilities as needed to drive brand growth
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in priority social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task + prioritize tasks effectively
Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing digital and social content strategy
Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
Thorough understanding of social media best practices
