AMH is a leading single-family rental company and homebuilder, recognized as a top employer. The Brand Marketing Intern will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Marketing department and contribute to various projects, including campaign development and digital asset management.
Responsibilities
New campaign development including strategy, messaging, imagery, video, and ad campaign deployment
Auditing and digital asset management
Project management and portfolio management
Reporting and analytics
Cross-functional communication and customer service
Qualification
Required
Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude; dependable, require minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities.
Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel.
Demonstrate robust assessment, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Availability to commit to 40 hours per week.
Preferred
Enrolled in/graduated from a university degree program preferred.
