The Digital Marketing Student will work with an experienced team to gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and market research while contributing to marketing strategies and campaigns.
Responsibilities
Create Content: Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media, newsletters, and website updates, tailored to the High Consistency and Transportation markets.
Consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Learn our software and processes for receiving and posting assignments, tracking time, etc.
Help troubleshoot problems when they arise.
Continually learn about our products and industry.
Conduct interviews with customers or subject matter experts.
Complete projects and other duties as needed or assigned.
Become knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.
Regularly and reliably work scheduled hours.
Communicate effectively with supervisor and team members.
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled as a student and registered in at least 12 credits in an accredited bachelor's degree program in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, English or related programs.
Only strong academic performers in undergraduate coursework will be considered.
Must maintain an acceptable GPA.
Unofficial transcripts or web transcripts must be submitted with application to be considered for this position.
Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week during the academic year and up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Good oral and written communication.
Good organizational skills.
Self-motivated and flexible with a desire to work as a team player.
Attention to detail is a must.
Enthusiasm for learning and working on new projects and flexibility to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities.
General computer skills, including accurate keyboarding and the ability to learn and navigate new software and tools.
