Responsibilities
Conduct competitive analysis for product categories within skincare and provide recommendations to drive growth
Contribute strategic ideas for product innovation
Review trend reports for skincare and highlight key opportunities for brand
Support creation of launch-related documents such as product briefs, marketing bulletins, and product dossiers
Qualification
Required
Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
