Endeavor is a media company in the fields of sports, events, media and fashion. As a Guest Experience & Communications Intern, you will support the development and execution of communication strategies, manage guest inquiries, and collaborate with sales and guest services teams.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of guest communication plans for the Aer Lingus Classic.
Contribute to implementing the guest experience strategy in Dublin.
Assist in ensuring clear and effective communication with event guests.
Collaborate with teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
Support the event team in general administrative duties, special projects, and product fulfillment.
Qualification
Required
Current student working towards Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
Previous customer service experience (in the hospitality industry is a plus)
Highly organized and process-oriented
Attention to detail, carefully following instructions and checking work for accuracy
