The internship program offers hands-on experience in a global pharmaceutical environment, focusing on customer engagement and marketing strategies. Interns will analyze resource utilization and help create feedback platforms while participating in a capstone case competition.
Responsibilities
Analyze current resource utilization, impact and upskilling of resource as needed and based on marketing strategy pull-through.
Help create a consistent feedback loop platform where the Field Force could provide input and suggestions to Marketing outside of the FIT Calls.
Provide insights, suggestions and potential ideas for a new communication platform where messages are tracked for being opened and read (Obesity Connect enhancements).
Qualification
Required
Must be a current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than May 2025) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree.
Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task.
Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers.
Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Preferred
A completed or in progress graduate degree in Marketing, MBA, or a related discipline preferred.
