The internship role involves supporting the Digital Communications Team with social media and website projects, contributing to content creation, analytics reporting, and community management.
Responsibilities
Help identify stories to tell across social media
Support execution of projects from creative ideation to final publication
Write copy for social channels, intranet, website and US corporate blog
Co-manage weekly editorial calendars for social media team
Support photo and video editing as requested
Schedule social content in company’s social scheduling tool BrandWatch
Support monthly analytics reporting across all owned channels
Work with manager and PR agency to conduct daily community management
Support digital content and channels team with department-wide campaign and analytics reporting
Support greater communications department with writing, research and analytics projects as requested
Qualification
Required
Must be a current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than May 2025) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree.
Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task.
Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers.
Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Preferred
A completed or in progress undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline preferred.
