Responsibilities
Support sales operations by fulfilling literature, assets, and swag requests
Assist with routine HQ reporting, budget updates, and data management using PowerPoint and Excel
Support NJ showroom operations by assisting in the planning and management of brand immersions and cooking demonstrations
Coordinate event logistics, including hotel accommodations, transportation, and travel arrangements as needed
Provide administrative and accounting support to the Marketing team
Assist in organizing summer and fall food and wine festivals, including collaboration with agency partners
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited College/University.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical and expert organizational skills.
Strong understanding of marketing principles.
Proficiency in administrative and accounting related tasks including the ability to multitask effectively.
High energy and a proactive 'roll-up-your-sleeves' attitude to get the job done.
Preferred
Rising Sophomore, Rising Junior, Business Management related major is preferred.
