Skechers is a Fortune 500® company that designs and markets a diverse product portfolio of footwear and apparel. They are seeking a motivated intern to support the Skechers Plus Loyalty Team in executing customer engagement strategies and enhancing member experience.

Responsibilities

Support the Loyalty team in the day-to-day operations of the Skechers Plus Loyalty Program. Maintain loyalty program documentation including campaign briefs reporting.
Assist in the execution of loyalty campaigns, helping with tasks such as preparing assets, coordinating timelines, and supporting the team during campaign launches.
Support the collaboration between internal teams (e.g., retail, creative, technical) on loyalty program initiatives.
Help compile internal loyalty performance reports and assist with data collection and analysis. Support the team in tracking campaign metrics and generating actionable insights.
Conduct research report on competitor loyalty programs, highlighting key trends, best practices, and areas for innovation.

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Strong interest in loyalty marketing, customer engagement, and CRM
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
