Brookfield Residential is a leading North American land developer and homebuilder. The Marketing & Sales Intern will support the Marketing, Escrow, and Sales department while gaining hands-on experience in real estate development and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Providing support to the Marketing, Escrow and Sales department.
Gaining hands-on experience with the execution of all housing and master planning marketing initiatives.
Assisting with overall marketing communications and support ongoing project management including coordination of eblasts, flyers, ads, and more as assigned.
Learning overall flow and process of the Escrow process.
Learning daily sales activities and presentations.
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A keen interest in real estate and development.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
A positive and can-do attitude.
Ability to work 40 hours per week Monday – Friday.
Must possess reliable transportation.
