Perpay is a company dedicated to building simple and inclusive financial products that help members create healthy habits and achieve economic stability. As a Merchandising Intern, you will work alongside the merchandising team on projects that impact customers, focusing on demand generation and product margin management.
Responsibilities
- Learn from the merchandising team on exciting projects that will have a direct impact on our customers.
- Experience assortment management, vendor communications, and cross-functional relationship building.
- Own the vendor relationships and ensure all categories are well assorted, appropriately priced, and strategically promoted throughout the year to support the achievement of our sales plan.
Qualification
Required
- Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor’s/ Master’s with an expected graduation date between winter 2025 – summer 2026
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Good time management
- Critical thinking skills
Preferred
- Prior work experience in retail is preferred but not required
- Enrolled in a Master’s Degree or advanced technical degree
- Previous work experience in a technical field
