Hermès is a renowned French house known for its high-quality craftsmanship and rich history. The PR Intern will support the Communications department in managing press relations and events, contributing to the brand's visibility and storytelling efforts.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the press team on daily press activity to secure placements across all brand relevant titles
Partner with Press Closet Coordinator for the organization of the PR closet and showroom
Assist with tracking all press samples on loan for PR opportunities
Communicate regularly with the communications teams around the world, including the HQ team in Paris, to ensure samples are arriving timely and correctly
Assist in coordinating samples with international shoots taking place in NY
Work with Press Closet Coordinator on logistics paperwork, shipments, and arranging messengers
Check in all sample returns from photo shoots and celebrity fittings
Assist with inventorying all samples seasonally and track new inventory as samples arrive from seasonal buys
Assist with tracking press placements and creating recaps to HQ
Assist with celebrity dressing pulls, as well as special projects and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in an Associates, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree program
Proactive, self-starter who can take initiative and work independently to deliver results
Strong communication skills
