SAP provides enterprise application software to various industries, including consumer, discrete manufacturing, and public services. The SAP iXp Intern will support the SAP Control Framework Communications activities by creating content for internal communications, developing multimedia assets, and assisting in campaign strategies to enhance employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Create compelling content for internal communications channels, including newsletters, intranet articles, and team announcements.
Develop visuals, graphics, and multimedia assets to accompany written content, enhancing clarity and engagement.
Contribute to editorial planning and brainstorming, supporting the team with creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
Assist with Social Media content strategy and content creation, specifically for LinkedIn.
Partner with those responsible for communications to develop campaigns and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and support SAP’s strategic goals.
Assist in gathering and analyzing feedback to refine content approaches and improve message resonance.
Help ensure consistent messaging across different platforms and departments to strengthen brand and culture alignment.
Help ensure all video content aligns with SAP’s internal brand guidelines and effectively engages employees.
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree focused in Communications, Technical Communications, Digital Media, Marketing or related field.
Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and design tools (e.g., Photoshop).
Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging messages.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with experience handling multiple projects and deadlines.
Collaborative team player with an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
