HighKey Agency is a leader in the aesthetic industry, dedicated to elevating the social media and Google presence of plastic surgeons. The Social Media Marketing Intern will manage comprehensive social media strategies, impacting client growth and brand visibility through content creation and strategic management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the execution of content strategies that enhance both personal and professional brands of plastic surgeons.
- Help onboard new clients with initial content ideas, coordinate content creation with video editors & graphic designers, ensure alignment during shoots, and handle post-production processes, including review, approval, and scheduling.
- Participate in regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions. These meetings are vital for syncing with the broader strategy for clients, discussing content performance, and receiving direct feedback and coaching.
- Use HighKey software and tools such as Basecamp for project management, Notion for documentation and strategy management, and Hootsuite for social media management and scheduling, ensuring streamlined operations and effective communication.
Qualification
Required
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Ability to develop and manage content strategies.
- Experience in content creation and coordination.
- Familiarity with video production and editing processes.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
- Ability to analyze performance data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Basecamp and Notion.
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite.
Preferred
- Experience in the aesthetic or medical field.
- Knowledge of current trends in social media marketing.
- Creative skills in scriptwriting and storytelling.
- Experience in working with videographers and graphic designers.
