The Analyst Technology Product Management role involves supporting data and analytics for the IM Transcend program globally, participating in various assignments, and engaging in comprehensive training while improving technical and professional skills.
Responsibilities
Participate in various work assignments within the hiring country.
Perform data, design, implementation and maintenance activities under direct supervision.
Engage in a comprehensive training curriculum including on-the-job, virtual, and classroom training.
Receive mentorship and coaching throughout the program.
Participate in and/or lead projects addressing real business and customer needs.
Improve technical, business, and professional skills while working in decentralized operating companies or headquarters organizations.
Applies compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participates in compliance activities as required.
Documents user acceptance testing and/or may assist unit testers so that definition of done for requirements are satisfied.
Provide written and verbal communications such as status reports, progress reports and documentation to Information Technology and business partners.
Identify metrics, build and track dashboards to measure process improvement
Demonstrate an understanding of business partner needs and manage business partner satisfaction relative to work you're doing.

Works closely with the Program Manager (if applicable) to achieve the project objectives and ensures that the project plan aligns with the overarching program plan.

Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate Program graduating by May/June 2025.
Candidate must be able to start in a full-time capacity by May/June 2025.
Experience in technology-related internships or projects.
Demonstrated leadership skills, business insight, and technical skills and ability to learn in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical personnel and have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others.
Ability to demonstrate excellent critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, and a dedicated approach to achieving success.
Validated leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, employment, and/or internship experiences is required.
Ability to relocate anywhere in the United States as required by the program’s rotations – a mandatory requirement.
Highly effective communicator with extraordinary oral, written, and presentation skills.
Passion for and knowledge of leading and emerging technologies.
Preferred
A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred.
A Data & Analytics co-op or internship is preferred.
