CVS Health is a health solutions company that provides integrated healthcare services to its members. They are seeking an Enterprise Delivery Intern to assist in managing workflows, support backlog management, and contribute to agile project management activities.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing complex workflows and improving team collaboration
Support product backlog management, prioritizing projects based on business needs
Communicate with product owners to ensure user experience, interface design, and usability align with project goals
Contribute to sprint planning by breaking down requirements into manageable tasks
Coordinate agile meetings to facilitate sprint reviews and address impediments
Draft user stories that capture specifications, criteria, and project requirements
Escalate project issues and collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions
Estimate timelines and release schedules based on backlog size and team velocity
Qualification
Required
Meet Education Requirements
Basic understanding of problem-solving and decision-making skills
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
Preferred majors include Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Computer/Management Information Systems Education
Preferred
Leadership experience (e.g., student organizations, projects, sports, or internships)
Experience leading a school or work-related project
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Internship or work experience in a related field
An interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred
Proficiency in: Excel, Word, MS Project (or equivalent tools)

A housing stipend may be provided, based on eligibility.
Interns will not work on July 4th (company holiday) and will receive two days of paid leave.
