The role involves working with customers to understand their pain points, proposing changes to enhance customer satisfaction, and collaborating with Data Science and Product Design interns to personalize app features for patients.
Responsibilities
You will work with customers to understand their pain points using the CGM system and propose changes that will increase customer satisfaction and confidence in using Dexcom’s software
You possess strong analytical thinking and a deep sense of empathy towards the patients to evaluate complex data and provide data-driven insights
Your work will lay the groundwork in personalizing the app features for our patients throughout their CGM journey
You will team up with fellow Data Science and Product Design interns.
Qualification
Required
Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.
Your ability to interact with customers and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
You have an eye to identify patterns in complex dataset and user feedback.
You can adapt to changing business needs and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You have a background in UX, product Management and Market Research.
