IGT is a global leader in gaming, delivering entertaining and responsible gaming experiences across various channels. The Intern in Premium Product Merchandising will support the Premium Gaming Operations Team with reporting, product catalog updates, and contribute to process improvements.
Responsibilities
Support IGT’s Premium Gaming Operations Team in updating reports and product catalogues
Prepare meeting minutes for all IGT Suppliers interactions and document any changes to project statuses
Learn how to forecast demand for IGT Premium Gaming Products
Contribute to the development of Electro Mechanical Assemblies with IGT Suppliers for new product introductions and modifications
Assist in documenting and updating IGT processes for the ordering and installation of standard and custom products
Learn to identify areas where metrics/reports improvements can be utilized
Participate in IGT Product cost reviews and seek ways to reduce our capital expenditures
Partake in the preparation and award for all Request for Proposals (RFPs) including technical writing
Take ownership for file ownership and storage organization
Assist with continuous process improvement and complete other ad-hoc analysis, as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
Analytical, well organized, good communication skills, strong work ethic and strong desire to learn
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of data
Must be able to work 10 hours/week
Currently enrolled in an Engineering, Project Management, Marketing or Business degree program
