E.L.F. BEAUTY is a cosmetics brand that offers professional makeup and beauty products to customers. The Intern, Product Development will assist with brief creations, brainstorm new product concepts, and organize product samples while supporting the Product Development team.
Responsibilities
Assist with brief creations and brainstorm new product concepts
Sample organization, labeling, and gathering feedback from team members
Help ship products domestically and international
Support sampling and distribution for retailer meetings
Maintain physical library of product samples
Track and review formulas
Research on upcoming trends and ingredient stories
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in in business or marketing or related field
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Passion for color cosmetics, skincare and the beauty industry in general
Energetic self-starter who is detail and results oriented
Collaborative and team player
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Must know Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Preferred
Prior internships in marketing, innovation, product development preferred, prestige or mass beauty experience working with Product Development and R&D a plus
