SteadyMD is a B2B telehealth infrastructure provider that powers high-quality telehealth experiences for companies in all 50 states. They are seeking a Product Intern to support the Director of Product in managing platform requirements while learning to be a collaborative member of the product development and implementation teams.
Responsibilities
- Support cross functional teams to plan, develop, and implement product enhancements
- Develop a working understanding of the platform to support day to day operations
- Ability to independently investigate bugs needing triage
- Ability to document clear user steps to recreate an issue
- Be creative and suggest workarounds to help reduce negative impacts of issues on end users
- Communicate established product priorities
- Capture notes during development team ceremonies
- Clarify the development team's questions about acceptance criteria with stakeholders
- Draft documentation for upcoming platform changes
- Configure the platform to support changing program requirements and new feature implementations
- Collect performance metrics to measure team progress
- Complete system audits as directed
- Additional duties as assigned

- Enrolled in a program for healthcare administration, software development, or related areas of study
